taking on a new CT position

I have ventured out to a new journey. I have become a CT for Bonnie Willis aka cancermoon scripts. I am just starting in this, and have tested a few of her fun scripts. Here are the 3 I have tested so far. These are part of her new at the fair series.

Get Ready for Studio Go

This week it is spring break and so we have decided to hold vacation Bible school. The chapel is all decorated and ready for this exciting VBS called Studio Go. It is along the lines of a game show and I think will be lots of fun. The theme verse is Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."
There are some challenges, a daily reminder game, fun songs, and cool crafts. The kids will learn about Gideon, Esther, and Jesus. Throughout the week we will be talking about some of the missions that the Salvation Army has and what we do around the world. I will be putting up scrapbook LO's and lots of pictures at the end of the week.
I do ask for your prayers for one of our church members. Theron Bond lost his wife today to cancer. This was his second wife, his first was killed years ago in a car accident. I know that she was ready to go home to meek Jesus, but I also know there was some concern for a few of the kids in that they needed to know Jesus as their savior. Please pray for Theron that God would guide him in witnessing even now.

A sad day for digital scrapping

It is with sadness and a heavy heart that I must tell you that due to the economy woes, The Scrapping Garden is closing in a few weeks. This has been like a family for me, we have laughed, cried, and chatted together, many of us have become very close. It is also the place where I first learned about digital scrapping, became a CT, and I am going to really miss it. I will post other sites that I use especially those of the ones that I will be still CT'ing for. There are some great deals over there at TSG so go and check it out before many of the kits are gone for good. I guess that is all for now so that I don't start crying all over the key board.
